Trying to do my history II research paper, but i cannot concentrate for shit! All i wanna do is play Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2. Uhh i should have taken an adderall. I took a 3 hour nap earlier so i figured i would be awake for a while and would actually get some work done...i'm still waiting for that to happen.

Ahh! this stupid paper is due Friday, which isn't so bad, but i also have an exam in my business class on thursday that i need to study for. I iz a bit stressed. I picked up my moped from the mechanic and everything is great! except that the front plate is missing and i have no idea where it is...i need to order another one, get a license plate for it, and get a class-m divers license. So much to do, so much to do.

I hate the government.

'Aight, so i bought my tickets for Jenny Lewis and i'm pretty fucking excited. Show's in two days. I saw that the Heartless Bastards are opening up for her and i've never heard them so i checked them out. They're pretty fucking good. The song "The Mountain" is on repeat right now.

So far moving to Austin has been pretty fun. The job search is kinda sketchy, but it could be way worse, i've at least had an interview. I feel bad for spending money on the concert 'cause i'm getting low, but i fucking love jenny so i feel it's worth it.

Lo Mein..or "DWI" from The Thai Noodle House that i got band from...damn that shit was good.

So this summer has so many opportunities, i don't really know what to do. I have the chance of staying in Austin, Tx for about a month and i really want to jump at the chance, but i still want to stay here in this crap town 'cause i have friends that are going to be leaving town for college soon. If i go to Austin I'll be looking for clinical studies to participate in for some pretty nice dough during the summer, and possibly save up for an alright automobile.

I have a job pretty much here, but i'd rather be a lab rat that do actual work. I'm torn betwixt the two. Stay or go..i don't know. I'm leaving for Kerriville later on tonight. Just for a couple of days. a friend of mine has two friends who he's gonna take up to go look at the college over there and invited me.

Either way, this summer's gonna be fucking badass..i just don't want to miss out on my close friends..

Patrick Wolf changes name of forthcoming album


Patrick Wolf has changed the name of his forthcoming album.

The record was due to be titled 'Battle', but will now be released as 'The Bachelor' on June 1.

Originally Wolf had intended to release the album as a double, split into two parts called 'The Bachelor' and 'The Conqueror', and naming the record after the Sussex town where he recorded the music.

The singer has now decided to release both parts seperately, "so as not to overload people with two much information at one time".

'The Conqueror' has yet to get a release date, but a combined edition of both albums is now penciled in for 2010.
